The body, mind and spirit are all actively involved and overlap in the pursuit of wellness. Diet, exercise, stress reduction, beliefs and spiritual renewal are all integral to finding the wellness formula that's right for you at a given point in your life.

My Story

I've always had a passion for food. As a child, I was all about cupcakes and ice cream. Fortunately, as my taste buds evolved, so did my interest in the abundance of colors, textures and tastes that Mother Nature dishes up for us.

After nearly 20 years in Alaska working in public relations and marketing, relocating to Bend, Oregon afforded me the chance to reclaim my passion. I returned to graduate school, earning a M.S. in Human Nutrition with a functional medicine perspective. This holistic approach seeks to integrate dietary, environmental, lifestyle and genetic factors in an effort to improve general health and wellness.
