Healing from Chronic Illness with the Autoimmune Protocol

The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) can alleviate these symptoms and help you thrive instead of just surviving. AIP is a science-based elimination and reintroduction diet and lifestyle protocol that focuses on removing food-driven sources of inflammation while including foods that will restore nutrient density to your body.

I am an AIP Certified Coach ready to assist you through the protocol. I know it works. I’ve used it myself to help in my recovery from an autoimmune disease.

With a focus on diet, quality sleep, stress reduction, appropriate exercise and establishing support networks, the Autoimmune Protocol gets you back on track to wellness and living your best life now.

Through this three month process, together, we’ll work through the process of adapting to the elimination phase of the Autoimmune Protocol and transition to the reintroduction phase.

  • 1 60-minute follow-up to prepare for the elimination phase
